I’ve been gone for a minute but I’m back w the Jump off.

I was gonna type this. But pictures speak louder than words.

These are my workouts during my most recent hospital and behavioral health system stay. (Mental hospital)

You’ll notice I worked out 14 times during my 30+ day stay.

Pushups was heavy!

Followed by high knees, and athletic stationery runs/jump ropes, and suicides.

Core was a distant third focal point.

I’m currently home from an attempt to justifiably remove my own life. It’s a long story. Its meant for MyEdgeMedia!

I’ll keep trying to share more as I process and catalogue my experiences over these past 36 years.

I wanted to share this quick routine with you all. I’ve always dealt with acne. And part of what has given me great hesitation in pushing my brand and business forward has been a lack of confidence due to uncontrollable acne.

While I may have more flare ups in the future. I feel good knowing that I’ve finally learned a routine that helps me keep my face under control. This wont help everyone, but i know there IS someone out there this will be helpful for.
